Easy afternoon run since I'll be working tonight and won't get another run in. Did the Westglen Commons loop which I haven't done in awhile. I felt about as average as you could possibly feel but I ended up having a steady pace so that was nice. Last 3 miles were between 6:05-6:10 and that was cool but soon I gotta just go for an easy recovery run, I want to keep my legs unburied!
