Easy afternoon run at the Vaughan inbetween the men and women’s practice. My lower back was insanely tight and sore from Tuesday’s lifting, like way more sore than I planned. Just goes to show I have a lot I need to work on. My body all over just felt heavy, but felt like I was really able to just chill and get into a very relaxed cadence. Similar to Monday, I didn’t feel like I could shift out of this pace haha. Despite how heavy I felt, aerobically I felt great! Was thinking back to when I still had the nasty cough and am very thankful for being able to breath on my runs again, makes everything so much easier lol
