Went to Therapy literally right before practice so my right leg was already trashed. Wanted to at least do 4 but luckily the work that Doctor Anderson did moved a lot of the scar tissue off so instead of being in pain I was just ridiculously sore. The run was fun and I got lost in it a few times but I felt my hip flexor and hamstring the whole time. It kinda felt like I had a 10 pound extra weight on my leg so while the right side of my body was struggling my left side felt great. Skipped strides cause there was no way I could do them by the end.
