Rolled into this right after the 2 mile warmup. Ended up being a pretty solid session! Went with doing a Wave Tempo today and I switched the pace every quarter mile. Made it hard by doing the on-sections at 5:00 pace and the off-sections at 6:00 pace. Tried to force myself to recover at a faster pace and decided to do 10x400's which would give me a total of 5 miles. Ended up building up and off each interval so my on sections were slightly longer and off slightly shorter. Started getting tough because of the recovery and felt it the last mile but really enjoyed this one today! Good quality workout and hoping to build off of this in the future.
