Notes

2 mile warmup on the treadmill before instantly going into the workout. Currently stuck to doing workouts Tuesday since I have to drive the Wednesday's and have to time/record while the team does track work. Doing this on the treadmill at least helps push me and forces me to run paces that would be hard to do without teammates or friends. Anyway, was trying to think about what exactly I wanted to do. Debated mile repeats but decided right before I started that I would do a wave tempo instead. Legs felt pretty good on this part (6:59, 6:33).
