Easy afternoon run from the apartment this evening. Ended up feeling pretty good after a minute or two of warming up but was surprised to see how slow I was running lol. Didn't mind though, got down to a normal cadence shortly afterwards and then just got a few more miles in before calling it a day. It was a nice shakeout after the last few days which have been very busy. Ran on Randall Road today and learned the hard way that their is no way I can do that again in the dark, way too dangerous with the cars!
