30 mph winds and on again/off again rain occurred all day today, so I opted to go and run on the treadmill instead of fighting the weather. Decided to do a progressive fartlek in hopes of just getting some slight turnover. Legs/hips felt sore from yesterday's slip-fest of a run so that kinda sucked and made me feel sluggish and kinda out of it for a bit. Still ended up being a nice run though overall, ended up doing 4 miles easy and then did 5x(800 on, 800 off) + 1 mile fast. Started at 6 minute pace and then worked my way down each interval. Overall, it wasn't anything crazy by any means but it was a quality progression and I ended up enjoying the run.

First 4 miles = 27:30
1.(800 @ 6:00 pace, 800 @ 6:30 pace)
2.(800 @ 5:49 pace, 800 @ 6:30 pace)
3.(800 @ 5:38 pace, 800 @ 6:30 pace)
4.(800 @ 5:30 pace, 800 @ 6:30 pace)
5.(800 @ 5:18 pace, 800 @ 6:30 pace)
6.Last mile = 5:08
Hopefully tomorrow is better weather so I can just get a chill run done outside!
