Same workout as a few weeks ago, didn't run them as fast overall as last time but I got into a really good cadence and just focused on keeping good form and rolling through the top and maintaining the same speed the whole time. Ended up getting in another 10 hills in, last mile I was hurting but aside from that it was pretty controlled. Solid workout
