My parents threw me a suprise party last night and it didn't end till late so I decided to sleep in a little. Burkwald drove to my house and we just ran from there. Ran over to Green Valley, ran through the trails, up the hill, jogged up there for about 5 minutes and then headed back down. saw Timmy and Tommy from my Junior High group running out on the trails. Besides that a pretty nice run! Probably going to go for a small shakeout run later just to loosen up the legs...and greed mileage
