Easy run with the guys at 11:45 practice. Did some band stretches and worked on some flexibility before heading out. Nothing crazy, but trying to work on my hips because they are terribly inflexible lol. Ran most of this with Jimmy and Adrian, just went out on the Fox River but crossed at a different place so I was actually unsure of where we were going. Turned around "roughly" at 4 and then headed back a different way to campus. Legs felt ok, pretty windy again so effort was more challenging than it should have been BUT it was beautifully sunny out so I won't complain. Close to 60 minutes for the day so not bad, going to workout with the team tomorrow morning .

Also, did 4 strides...where has my speed gone hahah
