Windy and cold out but surprised at the fact that I actually felt better than I thought. Started off with my usual 7:20 mid mile and then warmed up a bit and got into an easy cadence. Mile 5 was into the wind so that part sucked but everything else was alright. Hips were tight but once I finished the run I cracked my back and felt my hip go back into place which made me feel much better lol. Not much mileage today but good to just get a run in at the very least!
