Notes

Ran at the Vaughan center about 2 hours after having a 32 ounce beer from Bulldog, not the best idea but nothing a few tums couldn't fix. Did my usual 5 easy, 1 hard on the upper track and just took it mile by mile. Got to 3 miles and was finally able to kind of open up so I decided at mile 5 to switch it to 4 easy, 2 hard. Made things a little more challenging but ultimately pretty solid progression run and felt pretty in control! Overall was surprised I was able to get in this long of a run considering how blegh my legs felt for the first few miles. Also, first time since the Naperville Marathon where I've hit 70 miles in a week! It's nothing crazy, but just happy to have gotten into the 70's finally again!
