Easy night run to cap off the week. It was cold out but honestly I felt pretty good and felt like I was going faster than this but whatever! Just felt good to get out and run post work. Really anxious to kick up the miles but I'm trying to be anti-greedy...it's hard but in the grand scheme of things I know it's smart.
