Progression warmup outside. Bitter cold out, 0 degrees with a feel of -5, but the roads were clear enough where running in the neighborhoods was doable. Pablo, Topher, Estrada, Galvin, Bush, Adrian, and myself ended up cruising early on as I was surprised that the guys wanted to start so quickly. I think it was mostly just the urge to get warm though lol. Just did a loop basically to my apartment and around the neighborhood before heading back. Hit 2 miles in 13:31 and then closed the last mile in 6:04. Had to run 200 meters through some un-shoveled sidewalk so that definitely slowed us down, so overall a pretty good warmup for our workout. Got a pretty impressive frost beard too but it melted before I could take a picture :(
