Run back to AU from ACC after timing. Took a bit to get loosened up but then I got into a really good cadence and cruised. Went through 1.2 miles @ 7:49 pace so I really opened up that last bit. Last mile was definitely sub 6 and according to my watch I got down to 5:25 pace at some point and that was into the 20 mph winds so I was very pleased with that! Just felt good to open up the legs a little, definitely feeling much better post run than before.
