Was able to sneak this in after work and before I met my parents at Home Run Inn for dinner. Had work legs for the first mile, just felt janky and flat but slowly opened up a bit after 4 miles and then the last few weren't bad at all. Was surprised I was moving as fast as I as because it didn't feel hard at all, especially the sub 6. Would have liked to do more, but my schedule has been pretty crazy recently so glad I could at least get this in! Solid run despite feeling so shitty at the beginning
