Easy morning run with Brady and Tim from NCC. Went out to Eggerton Woods and back, haven't done that route in a few years lol. Aerobically felt very relaxed today which was nice but my GPS was sucking cause everyone else's went off like 15 seconds per mile before mine :( #sadpanda but whatever. Was good catching up with those guys again, did 6 with them and then did 2+ by myself just to get some more mileage in since I knew doubling today was going to be a stretch. Solid run though!
