Finally, at long last a decent run this week! Had to squeeze this one in before a 9:45-7 shift today so this is the only time I can run today. Ran to Kaytlin's house and did a lap in her neighborhood before heading back. Legs were able to get into a decent cadence and it felt semi-normal so I was all about that. Cloud cover helped early on since this route has 0 shade and even when the sun came out on the way back I was able to resist getting roasted. Dew Point still makes it really hard for me to breath but I'm happy with this one at the very least. Clipped off some 6:1x's and it felt almost like it was supposed to so I'm chalking this up as a win!
