tempo felt pretty fast today, but I didn't feel like I was really struggling to keep pace. Ran with Yonny, Brink, and Root for the whole thing with Ferst and Pat just about 15 feet ahead of us. around mile 4 my back started KILLING me for whatever reason and i dont know why. This made me forget about being tired and actually picked it up to finish together as a group. Root cracked my back 2 different ways and the pain went away instantly!
