Notes

Ran over from Naper early to watch Tim run his time trial. Stretched out a bit and then got into the workout which was a 4 mile tempo followed by 8x400's with jog curve walk rest.

Tempo: Pretty quick from the start but honestly I felt really good throughout the entire run. Probably a combination of the Monday Workout on the roads and the fact that the weather was great this afternoon. Had some confusion and thought we were running with Ben for the tempo so a few of us turned on towards the Huffman tempo but we ended up meeting up again anyway with the other guys. The distance itself was actually the same according to mapmyrun. Finished as a group and ran 21:20 with our last mile being 5:10. Hip/Hernia feels better the faster I go which is great.

Intervals: Just Roger and I for the workout today. Ended up feeling really good and we walked pretty quick for the rest portions. Was cranking off 66's and it felt very smooth. Practiced closing hard the last 200 on the last 2 and we went 64,62. Thompsen joined us on the last 3 which was great!

Cooldown: Ran roughly 15 minutes on the downstairs track. Hip/Hernia was better than this morning so hapy about that. Still hurt though
