Notes

Training by running to the 🚂

Had low motivation this morning and felt groggy so used my aftershoks. Definitely helped the time pass by quicker! Didn’t feel the greatest but also didn’t give myself time to properly roll and stretch. Was gonna run after work but changed my mind last minute because I knew I wasn’t going to want to. 💩’d in the woods around 4.5 in, very thankful for that deserted lot lol
