Easy evening run at the Vaughan after my group meeting. The day off helped with the soreness in my groin but still had some residual lingering soreness/pain. Made sure to keep it chill but still felt kinda blegh. Surprisingly opened up a bit more around 50 minutes and was able to play mind games to get to 10 miles. Hopefully legs feel a bit better tomorrow but glad I got some relief later in the run!
