Spent all day doing a huge paper for my Leadership class tomorrow so I went out for a night run when I could. Was going to do just 4 and get 70 for the week, but I had the bright idea of trying on the Stinson again since I wanted to properly recover from yesterday. Boy what a mistake that was, I literally felt like I was running 10 minute mile pace. No joke, my calves were on fire and I don't think I could have gone any faster in them than I was. Also, there was a lot of heat lightning out, and that combined with me almost shitting my pants led me to just call it here. Whatever, still got something in today! Also, legs felt much more opened up after I finished...did the shoes actually work and really help me recover? We will see tomorrow
