Notes

Worked 9:45-5 today and then had an assignment for the paper due so I didn't get to run till late tonight. I really wanted to go 2 hours but I knew if I was by myself I'd bitch out of a long run route and go 70-90 max. So, I did this all indoors. It sucked, but I was able to force myself to not think about where I was going and just get lost in my own thoughts. Back of my left knee was tight/sore and I could tell I need to get adjusted because my pelvis is out of align. Stopped at 38 minutes to piss and get water, and then stopped again at 83 so I could pee and take my gel. The gel definitely helped out and I felt pretty good from there till the end. The last 10 minutes really made my legs achy but I was still going a respectable pace. I took multiple pace checks throughout the run and I was always clipping off laps at 64-65 seconds. The last few minutes were around 6:10 pace so it was good to get the pace down a bit near the end. Rough way to get 2 hours in but I'm glad I didn't bitch out and got it done!
