Building Tempo this afternoon. Wasn't very long or anything but it was nice to get a quick effort in. Chose the Springbrook Grass Loop because I knew it would be challenging. Just went out and progressively built through the whole run. Never really started hurting bad, but breathing was a bit rough and I was feeling the heat. Might try and do the tempo in Knock Knolls next time, or maybe a flat route. Oh well, going to go for another run later tonight.
