Night run around the base of 4 Lakes. Just tried to shakeout the legs. Felt like crap for the first 2 miles although I was at least able to settle. First mile was around 7:40 but then my 2nd mile was 7:00 with less effort so I opened up well at least. Dew point was 71 so breathing was meh. Mostly I was feeling the Jimmy Johns I had earlier, but overall got in the run and it served its purpose!
