Notes
Had to time the DMR's so didn't get to cooldown till about an hour later. Legs felt like ass since I waited so long but ended up actually cruising along which was nice despite having the first 1.5 miles being windy. Got down to 6:06 pace which was faster than I would have liked but I think that helped kinda clear some of the shit out. Stopped at DQ because I was going to get lunch but then saw they only served Ice Cream so I just said screw it and walked back lol
