Notes

Definitely felt the effects of yesterday's craziness in my legs today. If I'm going to race before going to meets all day, I need to bring more recovery foods/drinks and hydrate so I can recover. Anyway for todays run I went through 3 miles in like 22:00 lol so that shows how great I was feeling. The next mile was around 7:05 pace and then the last 6 miles I did 13x1 on 2 off with the "on pace" at 6 flat and the off pace at 7:03. It was better than plodding on the struggle bus that's for sure. Was going to double but got a late message that AU is working out tomorrow instead of long run because it will feel like -24 in the AM. Hopefully my legs don't feel like total trash
