not a good race from the start. legs were tired and just didn't have it
items to consider next go around:
1) did a three week taper versus 2
2) maybe ran too hard the a week before race
3) not enough tempo runs
4) didn't control eating during tapper
5) walked a lot for convention
things that might have been good
1)ran out doors more during the month before
2)was increasing some sprint times
