this ended up being a very hard run, added hills and temperature was 78 degrees and windy (10mph at times), water stop every 5 miles

did 5.3 loop 5.0 loop 5.4 out and back to mcd, then most of another 5.00 loop

didn't eat well for breakfast, did use accelerade gels but not with caffiene, overall satisfied considering variables,

used electrolyte chews, however cramped big time, ending weight was 102.8,

what I learned today was, the very good runs I had 2 and 4 weeks ago were done on much cooler degreess and water stops paced every three miles and gels used contained caffene, courses were much flatter
