did not cramp, used gaator for a couple days prior and acceleradae day before and morning of,
used accelerade gels(5) during race, miles 5, 10, 15, 20, and 23,
legs became very tight miles 22 on,
starting temperature 58 approximatly, with some decent wind late in race,
ate rice bag microwaved (from wal mart, not sure if this was enough
shoe lace came untied mile one, to crowed to stop, ended up running entiire race untied
started to put head phones on mile 18, did not work well, static in head phones
