These were fast but they felt about how they should in terms of how tired I got and how hard I was pushing. I've got a lot of stuff packed into a little time for the next week or so and I think all of it looming over me is making me more anxious than usual which is leading to me feeling rushed through my runs. Today I got up at 7 to head over and run because I was up until about 1 last night getting ahead on homework, so I had less time to get the run in, shower, and get breakfast before class. My stretching was faster than usual and my run was faster I'm just feeling stressed out. But still a good run. I like 400s a lot. They make me nostalgic about my high school XC days.
