Notes

Plan was 60 minutes at 5:55. Didn't feel great at the start, but went for it. Was working harder than fundamental tempo at 3 miles and it wasn't getting better so I stopped the tempo, shortened the route and turned it into an easy run.

Saturday was a good race, Tuesday was a hard workout, Wednesday was a hard day, work this week was pretty stressful, and I really am ahead of my original schedule. Don't rush, don't panic.
