Not as good as last week, but my training has stepped up a bunch overall with the Friday tempo and Sunday's long, I was in the car accident Sunday (back is a little sore), and I climbed last night.

Left hamstring was a bit sore this morning, did some bridges before work this morning, and after the workout I did some PT.
