supposed to be 3x1600 at 5k date pace (5:20), the wind definitely slowed that down a lot, but my legs felt really good... and I still can't figure out what happened that last interval, I looked at my watch at the quarter, saw the 1:30 split, then left the track. That's never happened to me before, I'm going to chalk it up to stress about housing, and fitting in a workout between 2 classes, when I wanted to run at 2 rather than 11:00
