4x1600, was thinking about doing 6x1600 @10k pace, or 4x1600 with some shorter repeats afterwards, but I don't think I'm fully recovered from Cheshire since I was working pretty hard for the 5:20low pace. Still got a stimulus, and didn't push too far.
I think in a few weeks, my leg's will thank me for the 3 days off.
