Notes
Planning on going to Horseshoe after work for Seth's birthday so I got the run in in the morning. The biggest issue with working out before work is that it takes 3-4 miles to loosen up rather than 1.5-2. That's really why I don't do it, and moved the hill workout. This was a pretty solid run though. The last 3+ miles of this run were a blur. I looked up and I was at Salisbury West, looked up again, I was at Moreland, looked up again, I was at Flagg St, and then I was on Metcalf.
The nice part about the GPS watch is I can see how any run progresses, I never realized that my first mile is so much slower than the others, it's a good thing that it is slower, but I just never saw the hard data.
