Was gonna run this morning, and lift in the afternoon, but I just wasn't feeling it when I woke up, didn't sleep very well. So I got home from work, and decided to lift, then run to stay out of the heat a bit, which worked out pretty well.
The only problem with this route, is that since I'm not running with anyone, and there are a lot of people, I end up racing everyone, and rolling too quickly, and right when I got back, Kaliegh and Jocelyn were just leaving,.. I guess I'm just being "lazy" and undisciplined. But I did read someone's post on RA about every so often, you just need to defy any training "logic" and feel alive, and I'm really not pushing that hard.
