Still feeling a bit sick, so I felt it was better to skip the run, let my lungs and sinuses feel better, (medicine seems to be helping) then Nick asked if I wanted to go lifting so I went, got in a good workout, and I'll more than likely be running around later playing frisbee and footie at the picnic.

chest and tri's

bench 3 sets "10", 10,10,14

flys 3 sets 10 8kg, 2x10 10kg

tricep pull downs 3 set pyramid (12,10,8) "8","9","10"

tri raises 3 x10 "8"

incline bench 12,12,11, 12.5kg each
