Original assignment was 4-5 sets of 8,6,4 at 10k, 5k, 3k, but with the race Saturday, I kept it at 3 sets. Hit all the paces I wanted, and felt pretty good.

My upper body feels pretty recovered from the body weight workout on Friday.
