Notes

Biked in the weight room to get some cardio in while saving some leg pounding (half day off). Halfway through I got off and did 30,30,20x45lbs on the incline bench to switch it up. I'm thinking that on Thursdays, I may run early, then bike for 30-45 minutes, and lift a bit, especially the next 3 weeks.
