Stole this workout from Mikey...ish ran up the hills at ~6:00 pace, and then wanted to keep the recovery quick and get back around the loop at ~6:30 pace for the loop.

Solid workout, managed to get some hill work in without going too crazy. I had a really good workout on Tuesday, a solid workout tonight, and I'll get a nice long run in Sunday. Just keep that formula up, get miles on the other days, and I'll be doing fine.

Some part of me really gets some motivation from getting out on a Friday night after work, and putting in an 11 mile workout. I guess some might call me strange.
