6:30 wakeup worked out well, been getting to sleep early which is important.
Averaged 6:25 pace which is right around hour race pace for 19 minutes, so overall the time is what I should expect right now.
Was hard, wasn't sure if I was going to finish it halfway through, and finished it out. Helps that the end of this workout comes up really fast.
Next time out, I'd want 85/55.
200 miles in March plus tomorrow, and rolling 50+ mpw. Keep the train moving.
