Solid workout for 3 days after the half, 5:20 pace was a little harder than I expected, so I decided to not cut down the 800's so hard, and only ran 3 of them. Plan is easy tomorrow, and then some short fast repeats (6-10x300?) on Friday to help me get sharp for the 8k and 10k.
