Notes

Was going to be mile repeats, so I did a 2.5 mile warmup, one repeat was at 5:50 in the wind, so I dumped the workout, and ran a 6-mile run in the trails, pushing hills, and pushing the roads to and from the trails. Maybe more than 10, that's just a guess
