hard workout, I over estimated my 1600m goal pace at 4:40, and my asthma had me wheezing after each one, I focused on not running any 800 at 2:50, because that's happened to me every 5k so far, where I'll run a 5:40 third mile, which needs to stop Saturday. The 200's, I was focusing on staying relaxed the first 75m, then really exploding past people, so the times (supposed to be 30) were slow because I was relaxed on the first part.
