Thought I was going to take the day off, got up at 6, and decided to give this a shot. Outer Crue's a nice loop for this because I can run to the school, do the drills on the grass, and then finish up the run. Today I just did 1 x funny walks, calf raises, and ankle curls, and did some heel tucks, knee pulls and quad walks. After I got back going, I definitely felt pretty loose, I'm hoping these drills help speed the recovery.
