Ran Outer Crue with Hunter, and ran 3x200m strides after the stretching drills. This run felt pretty lethargic to start, but then we picked it up a bunch, and I guess I felt alright. The strides were smooth and controlled, just running strong, and that's as fast as I need them to be. I need to trust my training, I didn't lose much of anything with the time off.
