Easy with 9 strides. Felt sore after yesterday, but loosened up pretty quickly during the run, (first 1.5 mile or so). But then the first few strides were a little tight, I did some dynamic stretching between the reps and I continuously loosened up. The last one was pretty much top speed at this point.
