Notes

first run outside in a while, last night I was able to run 5k on the treadmill and my shoes weren't bothering me so I got out for a run today. Got lucky with a clear spot in the dreary weather today... I'm so out of running shape right now at least my strength is probably better than it ever has been, got a lot of varied core work, and Isaiah's leg workout, and calf raises, which'll be important since I'm planning on building my mileage as quickly as my cardio can allow, and I need my legs to keep up so they don't get injured.
